How to request a price match at iFixandRepair:
First, request your price match while checking in a repair for repair. This has to be done before the work order is printed and signed. After that, the price is not subject to change.
Guidelines and limitations:
The price match is available for parts and repairs we have in stock.
The price match is not available for special order repairs.
The competitor price must be published online or printed by a local retailer located in no more than 10 miles from the iFixandRepair location you are doing business with.
The competitor price must come from a brick-and-mortar retail store.
We reserve the right to verify the price of the identical, in-stock repair parts at the retailer location.
Only one repair per customer and per day is allowed.
Price match guarantee does not apply to:
Repair prices that are a result of a special discount, mall-in offers, offers that include financing, bundle offers or auctions.
Prices from any repair provider that doesn't have a brick and mortar store.
Repair prices that require a minimum amount of purchases.
Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions
Lifetime Warranty only applies in stores owned by iFixandRepair and that are not franchises.
iFixandRepair offers a Lifetime warranty on parts and repairs for manufacturing defects. Excluding special order.
Special Orders are eligible for 30 days warranty
This warranty DOES NOT COVER PHYSICAL DAMAGE. ex. If you drop your phone and the screen breaks, this is not covered under warranty.
PREVENTIVE MEASURES THAT AS A TEAM WE’RE TAKING
Here at iFixandRepair we’re taking the following precautions to preserve our customer and employee’s health from coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic by following the CDC recommendations.
Wear disposable gloves to perform the repair and handle your device.
We always use masks
We wash our hands often with soap and water at least for 20 seconds, before and after removing gloves.
We use hand sanitizer at least 60% alcohol, If soap and water are not readily available.
For electronics, such as tablets, touch screens, keyboards, and remote controls, we use alcohol-based wipes or sprays containing at least 70% alcohol when we receive and return it to you.
We clean and sanitize our workstation areas and tools with soap and water, disinfectant or another detergent.
Within our open stores we keep distance between each other thanks to the limit signals we attached to the floors.
